Design Team Leader

Clint Badowski is the Design Team Leader at Caplugs and works closely with clients from all backgrounds to assess, design and develop customized parts for specific projects and applications. A graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in plastics engineering, Badowski has spent over 15 years in product development across multiple industries, including medical, consumer and industrial goods, packaging and electrical components.
